Due to the nature of fragrance samples and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tdfrags.shopify@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
